Mud treatment
Bentonite slurry picks up sand, clay, silt and organic matter as an excavation advances. This range separates those solids out, so the slurry can be returned to the bore instead of being disposed of.
Nine models cover the stages of that process: prescreens and desanders for the coarse fraction, desilters for the fine, and the pumps and air lift that move the mud between them. Wearing parts are made from wear-resistant materials selected and tested for the duty.
